His experience spans a wide range of industries including wholesale, electrical, industrial, safety, chemical, petroleum, transportation, insurance, retail, real estate, and consulting. Mo has served as Senior Vice-President, Managing Partner, and CEO of companies and has served on the Board of Directors. His ability to manage complex issues and effectively lead in matrix management situations have made him very effective in P & L management, sales management, investor relationships, organizational design, and developing third party distribution channels. Mo has played a major role for Cost Segregation Study, LLC by structuring the strategic marketing, sales, and product mix. In his former role as National Sales Director and his current role as CEO, Mo provides day-to-day sales management of the company, including recruiting, training, and maintaining the field sales consultant team. Mo is an accomplished leader, public speaker, trainer, and motivator. His background gives him the ability to work effectively with organizations of all sizes, across all industries, and all levels within an organization. His education includes a BA in Business and Marketing from Catawba College, Salisbury NC and an Electrical Engineering Certificate from ICES, Milwaukee WI, as well as numerous industry and position specific sales and management certificates.
